Our team of highly experienced consultants, economists, asset-management professionals, engineers and industry specialists provide:
Risk, safety assurance and regulation services to empower clients to navigate through the ever-changing and complex regulatory environment
Safety case development, business case development, asset-transactions and due-diligence advisory services, strategic and commercial advice, logistics and infrastructure policy to assist clients’ with their decision-making processes
Asset management and optimisation to maximise the performance of clients’ assets.
About your new role
As Marketing & Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the Advisory business through the implementation of the Advisory Marketing & Communications plan including:
Executing marketing and communications campaigns to support Advisory’s global business
Implementing global/ national communications initiatives
Facilitation of client and internal events, functions & conferences (from 10 - 400 people)
Producing marketing collateral, including graphics
Assisting with sponsorships and social media activity
Managing the purchase and use of promotional material.
Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Tertiary qualifications in marketing or equivalent discipline and/or at least 2 years’ experience in an events/marketing role.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - an open communication style
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Experience in event management, marketing campaign management, client contact management systems, social media
Demonstrated ability to proactively manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
Highly organised with attention to detail
A team player with good interpersonal and networking skills; adaptable to various working styles
Strong judgment and decisiveness - bias for action
A wide degree of creativity
